Searching for ASB subjects

In Anti Social Behaviour in PublicAccess, you can search for details of individuals (known as subjects) in your area who have anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs) against them. The main way of doing this is by searching by details of the subject, as detailed on this page.

You can also view a list of all subjects by clicking on the Click here to view all Anti Social Behaviour Subjects link on the Anti Social Behaviour welcome page. You can then select the relevant subject to view.

In addition, you can search for a property and view the subjects at the location and in the immediate vicinity, by selecting either the Property Search or View Map option in the menu bar. For more information, see Searching for a property.


Searching by subject details

To search for a subject by inserting subject details:

  1. Within the Anti Social Behaviour module in PublicAccess, select Subject Search in the navigation pane.
  2. If you know all or part of the reference number for the subject, insert it in the Subject Reference field.
  3. Insert any of the following details for the subject you want to retrieve, or the notice served on them:
    Name The full name of the subject.
    Date of Birth The subject's date of birth, in dd/mm/yyyy format.
    Gender The gender of the subject.
    Ethnicity The ethnicity of the subject.
    Date of Notice The date the notice was served on the subject, in dd/mm/yyyy format. See note.
    Date of Notice Expiry The date the notice expired or expires, in dd/mm/yyyy format. See note.

    Note: To search for a range of dates, insert the from date in the Date of Notice (Expiry) field, and the to date in the To field to the right.

  4. Click the Search button. A list of the subjects matching the criteria you inserted is displayed.
  5. To view details of a subject in the Subject Details page, click the arrow button in the Click to view column of the subject.
