The Premises Data tab contains the following food premises information:

Name of Premises	The name of the food premises.
Address of Premises	The address of the food premises.

It may also optionally display the following information about the premises' opening times:

Days	The days or period that these opening hours apply for.
Opening Time	The time at which the premises opens, in 24 hour format.
Closing Time	The time at which the premises closes, in 24 hour format.
Start Date	The start date of the period for which these opening hours apply, in dd/mm/yyyy format.
End Date	The end date of the period for which these opening hours apply, in dd/mm/yyyy format.
